Beginner students will learn the basics of instrument assembly, sound production (embouchure), technique, music reading, and ensemble playing. Experienced students will continue to work on musical technique, theory, and instrumental excellence. Lessons are taught in a small group setting of 2-6 beginner or intermediate students grouped by like-instruments and experience levels. Group lessons are a cost effective way of fostering student participation, teamwork, peer encouragement, and ensemble playing. Students must provide their own instrument.
